Formerly The English Theatre Company, Theatre 63 combines 'theatre', what we do, with a powerful number (for all sorts of reasons) which represents who we are.
Our beloved David, who died way too soon, was born in 1963, and this year he would have been in his 63rd year.

The David Thomas Prize
In memory of our beloved David, this year we launch The David Thomas Prize. Open to applicants who show both a keen acting talent and prove a genuine financial need. The prize covers tuition fees for one year's training in either the Page To Stage or The Empty Space course. Alternatively, it can be used to prepare the successful candidate for Drama School Audition preparation classes.
